Our processes are designed to bring the most efficient results, when we have all the information we need on a project, we will keep you updated with progress reports so you can relax in the confidence that we are meeting your needs and you can concentrate on running your business.

Phase 1 - Let's Meet

We begin every project with a detailed consultation. We work to understand your business and your project. We will discuss initial creative ideas, identify your timeframe and prepare a quote for your consideration.

Phase 2 - The Brief

Upon acceptance of our quote, we will work with you closely to develop a brief of your project. Any additional information you can provide to help us understand your precise requirements is greatly appreciated. If required, we can arrange another meeting at your convenience to discuss your project further.

Phase 3 - The Layouts

We formulate creative designs based on the specifications of your project. We provide initial layouts and ideas for your review and welcome feedback.

Phase 4 - The Design

When creative direction is established to your approval, artwork is designed and your project is developed to completion. We will interact with you closely and continue to resolve the design until you are 100% satisfied. We work diligently to get the design 'Right First Time'.

Phase 5 - The Delivery

Once any necessary revisions have been made, we will await written confirmation from you to ensure total approval. Your finished artwork is professionally presented in the format agreed upon be it digital or print.

Questions & Answers

I'm not sure where to start or what I need. Can you help me?: We will listen to your needs and advise you on your options, understanding that you might feel overwhelmed by the whole process, but we are here to help in any way possible, offering you solutions and giving you a whole new perspective that you might not have considered. We solve problems and create design solutions to your needs.
What do you charge for your design services?: Our design prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting great value for money on your design project. Each project is charged by the hour. However we also offer design packages that have reduced rates depending on the options you choose. Contact us for more information on these promotional packages. For website updates of pre-existing files that need a quick update we charge in 20 minute increments.
Apart from logos and websites, what other services do you provide?: We offer all kinds of design services. If you cannot find what you're looking for on our easy to navigate website, why not contact us and see if we can offer the service you require.
How will I receive my Project once it is completed?: The finished project is yours and released to you upon receipt of your final payment. We can supply the files to you via email, Dropbox or We Transfer links, USB or DVD. We will also keep a copy of your project files in case you require updates at a later date or if you lose your copy of the project.
Do we have a say in the design process of the project?: We begin every project the same, we discuss the client's ideas, their target market and goals they wish to achieve. If they already have a design concept in mind, we can discuss this using a description, sketches, colour swatches or font styles they might have in mind. As we work on the project we can incorporate different elements into the design until they are satisified with the direction we are headed in. We will then refine the design and work out the best results.
Who owns the copyright to the design work you have created?: Upon receipt of your final payment, the imagery and copyright of the design are yours. We do, however reserve the right to use any of our design work for promotional purposes. Stock photography used in your design project is licensed to Bounce Studios through our stock photography accounts. Our client has the right to use the stock photography in marketing campaigns created by us alone.
